Report to and work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support for the activities in the region
Consider and advise on legal issues arising from business activities and projects
Work with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risks and create solutions
Draft, review and negotiate agreements such as third party and outsourcing contracts, investment management agreements
Managing external counsels when required
Collaborate with the wider Legal team globally on group-wide initiatives
Job Requirements:
Degree in Law
Singapore qualified with at least 5 years’ PQE
Knowledge and experience in financial industry. Experience in asset management industry would be an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and understanding of risk management
Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
