As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of tailored software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that development practices meet high standards for code quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software architecture with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills related to software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
