  • 确保为OA/OT提供高效优质的业务支持;

  • 负责OT销售支持团队的日常管理,建立运营目标,根据指标监控业绩并确保必要时采取适当的行动;

  • 根据需要定期组织OT销售支持团队培训和沟通交流;

  • 支持OA管理销售业务数据及报表(如OA管道数据,生效预测数据等),汇总确认OA内外部销售业绩(如OA业绩,代销商业绩等),为OA管理层的业务决策提供数据支持;

  • 负责OA内合同相关资料标准化管理(如跨区域合同借阅沟通协调);

  • 监管并确保销售支持流程或政策在OA/OT准确执行;

  • 协调OT间人力效能,在需要时投身参与OT销售支持日常工作;

  • 积极参与DO销售流程的改善优化整合工作,挖掘改善机会,优化销售流程,提高销售支持效率;
