• 确保为OA/OT提供高效优质的业务支持；

• 负责OT销售支持团队的日常管理，建立运营目标，根据指标监控业绩并确保必要时采取适当的行动；

• 根据需要定期组织OT销售支持团队培训和沟通交流；

• 支持OA管理销售业务数据及报表（如OA管道数据，生效预测数据等），汇总确认OA内外部销售业绩（如OA业绩，代销商业绩等），为OA管理层的业务决策提供数据支持；

• 负责OA内合同相关资料标准化管理（如跨区域合同借阅沟通协调）；

• 监管并确保销售支持流程或政策在OA/OT准确执行；

• 协调OT间人力效能，在需要时投身参与OT销售支持日常工作；

• 积极参与DO销售流程的改善优化整合工作，挖掘改善机会，优化销售流程，提高销售支持效率；
