Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Must be willing and able to travel within Arizona, up to 20%

Position Summary
Behavioral Health Coordinator

This position collaborates closely with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), behavioral health providers, and other state agencies to address barriers to crisis and other behavioral health care raised by members, family members and adoptive parents.

This position has high level visibility with internal departments, leadership, and external agencies.

The BH Coordinator is a dynamic individual who excels in public speaking, delivering presentations, and engaging with diverse audiences. Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in environments where they can lead discussions. Participate in meetings with confidence and professionalism.

This is a telework role, that will require the ability to travel up to 20% throughout the year.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Public speaking experience
  • 1+ years of case/care management in an integrated model
  • 1+ year of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to attend at least two community events a year
  • Attend at least eight virtual meetings in the evenings


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Managed Care experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or social services


Education

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Behavioral health professional (ex: BCBA, LMSW, RN) and licensed in Arizona

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
