Job Summary
Who We Are:Job Description
Shift Schedule: 2nd shift - 3:20pm - 11:50pm
Training on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm for 3-4 months.
Major Responsibilities:
Setup, startup and shut down production filling machines, and understand basic functions as specified by work order or setup parameter sheet meeting all requirements such as correct sequence, proper setup, shutdown, tooling storage, and lockout-tag out procedures.
Complete basic troubleshooting and escalate complex problems.
Write maintenance work orders for part quality and general machine issues.
Identify and document process parameters and other required production information.
Ensures machines, tools, change parts, and their critical surfaces, as well as general work space is clean and orderly.
Required Experience:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
2 years general manufacturing experience.
Basic knowledge of packaging machines and associated support equipment.
Able to identify and explain basic functions of the tooling, machine HMI screens, and machine function. Demonstrates proper safe equipment operation.
Able to identify and utilize safety features of production lines such as E-stop locations and heater shut offs.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$23.00 - $32.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
