Let op: Voor deze functie bieden wij een tijdelijk contract van 12 maanden aan.

Doel:

De Production Operator voert alle werkzaamheden uit die nodig zijn binnen verschillende productieafdelingen, volgens vastgestelde procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en de gedragscode voor medewerkers.

De functie omvat het bedienen van productiemachines, het uitvoeren van afstellingen en het doorvoeren van productwisselingen wanneer dat nodig is. De Operator doorloopt een periode van training, kwalificatie en inwerkbegeleiding waarin hij/zij de werkzaamheden van de functie leert uitvoeren.

De Production Operator rapporteert aan de Team Lead Production en ondersteunt het productieteam op een veilige, efficiënte en conforme manier.

Als Productieoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Productieapparatuur bedienen, monitoren en storingen oplossen om optimale prestaties te waarborgen.
• Standaardwerkinstructies (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) en veiligheidsvoorschriften te allen tijde naleven.
• De werkplek reinigen en onderhouden om verontreiniging en/of vermenging van producten te voorkomen.
• Batchcomponenten voorbereiden en controleren vóór de productie.
• Machines voorbereiden en indien nodig ombouwen voor productieruns.
• Producten vervaardigen volgens vastgestelde procedures, GMP-richtlijnen, documentatievereisten en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Productinspecties uitvoeren om te controleren of producten aan de specificaties voldoen.
• Productiegegevens nauwkeurig voorbereiden, documenteren en registreren voor elke productiestap.
• Batchreconciliaties uitvoeren en materialen overdragen aan de juiste afdelingen.
• Deelnemen aan initiatieven op het gebied van bedrijfsbeveiliging, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) gebruiken volgens de procedures en eventuele beveiligingsrisico's melden.
• Teamleden ondersteunen bij productieprocessen en bijdragen aan een goede samenwerking.
• Problemen escaleren naar de Production Technician of Production Specialist wanneer u het volgende constateert:
  • Procesafwijkingen of tekortkomingen
  • Verwisseling van batches
  • Kritieke defecten
  • Andere situaties die gevolgen kunnen hebben voor de veiligheid, productie of productkwaliteit
• Ondersteuning bieden bij projecten met betrekking tot gereed product.

Kwalificaties / Vereisten

• Een diploma middelbaar onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig) is vereist
• Ervaring in een productie- of maakomgeving is een pré.
• Ervaring met:
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) en productienormen
  • Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Kwaliteits- en compliancevereisten
  • LEAN-methodieken en continue verbeterprocessen
• Basiskennis van productieprocessen en het bedienen van productieapparatuur.
• Sterke aandacht voor detail en kwaliteit.
• Goede technische en mechanische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Vermogen om instructies op te volgen en goed samen te werken binnen een team.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Fysiek in staat om langere tijd te staan en repetitieve werkzaamheden uit te voeren.
• Sterke betrokkenheid bij veiligheids- en netheidsnormen.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34,200.00 - €50,600.00
