Global Manufacturing Innovation is a new department in Manufacturing, focusing on defining the Innovation Strategy and the road towards 2030. Small team and high ambition; with that you have the opportunity to work on innovative topics and collaborating with natural teams across Operations and overall ASML.
Drive and inspire manufacturing on innovation, pick up on industry innovations, work with suppliers and translate it to ASML innovation opportunities;
Foster innovation partnerships within and outside the Semiconductor industry
Build and drive overall roadmap: define opportunities for existing exciting topics across factories, or find new applications with defined ASML use-cases
Build teams around business capabilities and not technology;
Build and execute the launch, marketing, and channel strategies for new innovations
Manage project portfolio, budgets and funding;
Ensure compliance with intellectual property and patent regulations.
Report out toward the whole organization via corporate communication - the annual Innovation report and other channels.
Master’s degree in business, IT or engineering areas.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing (incl. logistics) and/or engineering processes and manufacturing principles.
Experience in working in cross-sector (e.g. IT) and with external parties (suppliers and partners)
Content knowledge on Manufacturing processes and technology savvy.
Strategic thinking to set clear vision and strategy for innovation. This means defining the purpose, goals, and direction of the innovation efforts, as well as aligning them with the organizational vision and strategy
Ability to foster creativity and curiosity in themselves and the team members
Strong collaboration and communication for broad stakeholder filed and levels
Experimentation and adaptation; This means creating and providing opportunities and resources for the team members to test, validate, and refine their ideas, as well as learning from the results and feedback.
The job is part of the ASML Global Manufacturing organization, within the Business Performance Improvement & Strategy department. The role reports into the Head of Global Manufacturing Innovation. and will interact with various departments in and outside of manufacturing.
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 127,000 euro and 159,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance. Company variable pay is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and(work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
