Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talented (Principal Software Engineer - Data & AI) to join our (GenAI Security Team). This position is a hybrid work role with collaborative in-office work as needed 2-3 days/week.

You are an experienced, driven, and curious engineer with a specialty for data science. You will be leading the development of scalable data and AI software pipelines that underpin our Generative AI (GenAI) safety, security, and privacy solutions. In this role, you will design, experiment with, and implement cutting-edge tooling and infrastructure to support the analysis, development, and deployment of AI models and GenAI technologies.
As a key technical leader within our team, you will collaborate closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver robust, enterprise-grade systems that enable rapid experimentation, model training, and seamless integration into production. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of the company’s AI safety and governance products.
