About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in managing institutional sales programs, including market maker and taker initiatives, to support business growth.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to gather requirements and enhance operational infrastructure.
• Work shift hours from 1 PM to 10 PM, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
• Streamline internal SOPs and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle audit and due diligence requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide operational support to the Institutional Business Development and Relationship Management teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

What We Look For In You

• Strong operational or middle office experience, preferably within regulated financial institutions or exchanges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
• Comfortable working shift hours from 1 PM to 10 PM, with occasional weekend coverage.
