We are currently looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN and will be a full-time role. You will get to participate in HR projects focused on improving organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

A Day in the Life:   

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and policies or processes that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze workforce data and identify trends to support decision-making
• Support talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs
• Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies
• Provide support in handling employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution

Who We’re Looking for: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program such as business, psychology, organizational leadership, or other related degree.
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task with day-to-day priorities
• Great communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna, TN
