We are searching for the best talent for Transportation Analyst to be in Mexico City.

Purpose: Responsible for planning strategy, invoicing, and expedition documents management for Distribution Centers, internal and.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for Carriers request to attend DC demands
  • Responsible for planning strategy to guarantee the best service for our patients
  • Supports the leadership in decision making
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Analyses health sales orders and perform the invoicing in accordance with pre-established SLA’s
  • Analyzes sales orders vs. operational capacity, maintaining negotiations with interface areas
  • Issues reports daily, with information regarding health orders in the ERP system.
  • Responsible for KPI’s development and control
  • Connect and support to various areas of the company.

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimally High School degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering and Technical subjects will be a differentiator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAP
  • Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent relationship, communication and critical sense skills
