Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors
Lead weekly alignment calls and collaborate cross-functionally with Category and Purchasing teams.
Maintain healthy inventory levels and support Vendor Central reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to boost performance and achieve revenue and profit targets.
Drive pricing management as a key lever for success.
Engage face-to-face with vendors and customers to build lasting relationships.
Maintain accurate pipelines and CRM data for visibility and continuity.
Excellent organisational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering results, including revenue and profit growth.
Experience in account management and e-commerce operations.
Skilled in pricing strategy and performance optimisation.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for driving success.
