Your role

• Manage and develop the reseller network for the HandsOnMetrology channel across Europe (excluding Germany), driving sustainable growth and strong partner relationships

• Define and execute regional sales strategies in close alignment with the Sales Development Manager Europe

• Lead, enable, and train reseller sales teams on products, technologies, and effective sales approaches

• Oversee sales funnel management, forecasting, and performance tracking of business partners, including KPI monitoring and reporting

• Support partners in lead generation, business development, demonstrations, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives

• Identify, assess, and onboard new potential partners while continuously improving partner performance and capabilities

• Act as a regional expert for market insights, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and strategic goals

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification

• Extensive experience in sales of optical and portable metrology solutions, as well as in people management

• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 40%)

• Previous professional experience across European markets is a plus

• Fluency in business English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of a local/regional European language is an advantage

• Base in Braunschweig or another European country possible
