We are looking for an enthusiastic SC&O Data & AI Strategy Analyst/Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of data, artificial intelligence, and strategy formulation, who is keen on developing their career in the consulting space. The successful candidate will assist in providing strategic advice and execution direction to clients across various industries focusing in the area of Supply Chain & Operations, helping them reinvent their businesses through innovative Data & AI processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior SMEs in the development of Data, Analytics, and AI strategies and roadmaps.
  • Assist in designing processes that integrate new intelligence solutions on the Supply Chain & Operations business function. 
  • Participate in defining and prioritizing industry-specific Data & AI use cases.
  • Contribute to the creation of value cases for Data & AI initiatives and support in measuring realization.
  • Support the development of Data & AI operating models and enablement strategies.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining Data & AI governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to the planning and strategy for Data & AI organization, talent development, and training programs.
  • Help manage the change journey in organizations adopting Data & AI, ensuring smooth transition and acceptance.
  • Participate in assessments and strategy formulations for Responsible AI, ensuring ethical considerations are met in engineering and operations.
  • Contribute in the development of GenAI applications and transformations within the SC&O business function

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Data & AI solutions and their business applications.
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain & Operations business function (processes and solutions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest Data & AI trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently.
  • Basic project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
