About the team and the role: 

We are looking for a Product Manager to join eBay’s C2C Seller Growth team, focused on building product experiences that help everyday sellers start selling, succeed faster, and stay engaged over time.

In this role, you will own key parts of the seller journey and work cross-functionally to improve conversion, engagement, and trust across our marketplace. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a meaningful product area.

What you will accomplish:

  • Own product strategy and execution for seller growth initiatives

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve seller conversion and engagement

  • Design and ship features such as guided listings, gamification, and trust signals

  • Define success metrics and run experiments to validate impact

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Research

  • Balance seller ease-of-use with buyer trust and marketplace health

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience building customer-facing products

  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with metrics and experiments

  • Experience with growth, funnels, or engagement-focused features

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

  • Clear communication and structured problem-solving skills

  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or two-sided platforms preferred

  • Familiarity with gamification or behavioral design preferred

  • Passion for improving tools for small or individual sellers preferred

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$133,200 - C$177,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
