Job Description:

Directs Directors, Senior Managers, and occasionally senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback. Develops relationships with company leaders in the execution of reimbursement strategies, working cross-functionally to develop reimbursement plans aligned with overall company goals and performance targets. Directs processes and ensures compliance to established reimbursement targets, and analyses complicated and uncertain risk/reward trade-off data to determine optimal company tactics. Leads regional initiatives for labor and overhead rates, material requirements, equipment costs, bid strategies, and cost estimates. Establishes policies and programs for negotiating contract proposals and engineering changes of reimbursement redetermination.
Directs Directors, Senior Managers, and occasionally senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.
Owns high-level initiatives for key strategies and milestones related to departmental pricing and reimbursement plans and evidence generation, including health economic modeling and budget impact analysis.
Drives reimbursement protocol excellence by capturing events in the healthcare environment that impact market access and forging relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Establishes specific goals and targets with key pricing and reimbursement decision makers along with specific action plans and deadlines.
Controls directives to integrate market access strategies into product plans that align with cross-functional goals and critical targets regarding reimbursement practices.
Leads key initiatives with national and international pricing and reimbursement groups to disseminate project plans and goals that address customer needs and requirements.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
