Job Description

You will lead a department accountable for Pricing of assets and Performance Reporting for all clients across the business lines we service while continuously, implementing new streamlined processes and ensuring continued regulatory and business mandates. You will provide oversight, coaching, and strategic direction to a team of experienced managers across your teams, collaborate cross-functionally across business lines and functional units such as Compliance, Taxation and Information Technology.
 

The position requires advanced knowledge of Performance reporting and back-office platforms such as Broadridge, ClientLink, FMC, PRS, Envestnet and their operational impacts. Strong leadership is required to manage and develop high-performing teams, drive transformation across systems, processes, and controls.

With extensive exposure to internal and external stakeholders, this position offers an opportunity to shape the future of Performance and Pricing deliverables and future enhancements while always maintaining a client and risk focused culture.
