Customer Service Representative with German

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Representative with German, you will: 

• Act as the dedicated contact for your B2B customer portfolio, handling questions, complaints, and order changes.

• Manage the full order cycle in SAP - from order entry to shipment and billing.

• Monitor order status, resolve delays, and coordinate with Supply Chain Planning colleagues.

• Work closely with Logistics on deliveries and documentation.

• Partner with Sales teams across Europe to ensure seamless customer experience.

Experience and Competencies:  

What we are looking for: 

• Previous customer service experience within a corporate environment.

• A strong problem‑solving mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills.

• Team Player and can do/positive attitude. 

• Advanced level in German and English (min. B2).

• SAP knowledge is an advantage; willingness to learn it is essential.
