Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for a sharp and detail-driven Project Operations Manager  to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about keeping projects on track, love working with data and KPIs, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment — we’d love to meet you.

As a Project Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery by ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining project data, and keeping everything aligned with internal processes. You’ll be the go-to person for project control, helping our Project Managers and Account Directors stay informed and empowered to make smart decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, analytical, and enjoys working with numbers and systems. You’ll be working across multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of some of the world’s leading brands.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Control, monitor, and report on defined project KPIs in alignment with the Project Manager and Account Director
• Ensure compliance with established processes, rules, and policies
• Execute recurring administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
• Set up and maintain project data in internal tools and systems
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to the Project Manager and account team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of project controlling and reporting; additional experience in project management is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial and business KPIs
• Exceptional numerical aptitude with the ability to comprehend, validate, and interpret complex data and figures
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Experience with MS Power BI, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• German and/or French language skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure tasks effectively and manage multiple small-scale activities simultaneously
