As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for our CASB product line, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to understand our Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions' technical nuances and translate them into compelling marketing messages in turn powering initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

About the Role:

  • Market Understanding: Conduct thorough research to understand the unique security challenges and regulatory requirements of various industries. Use these insights to shape product positioning and marketing strategies.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for the CASB product , ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive landscape.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to inform product strategy and marketing plans.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new CASB products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.

  • Content Development: Create high-quality technical content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and product datasheets that effectively communicate the value and benefits of CASB solutions.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, presentations, and tools to empower the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell CASB products.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their challenges and success stories, leveraging this information to enhance product marketing efforts.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on CASB or related cloud security solutions.

  • Strong technical understanding of cloud security, data protection, and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Experience working closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
