As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- In-depth understanding of performance optimization techniques in SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
