The Field Worker III / Crew Lead performs hands-on nursery work while guiding and supporting the daily activities of assigned crew members. They reinforce work assignments, model safe and efficient practices, and ensure tasks meet quality and productivity standards. Acting as a working lead, they help communicate priorities, assist with training, and promote a positive, safety‑focused environment aligned with Driscoll’s values.

The Field Worker III / Crew Lead is an experienced frontline employee who supports daily nursery operations while helping guide the work of assigned crew members. This role performs hands-on fieldwork and provides day-to-day support to coworkers by reinforcing work assignments, modeling safe and efficient work practices, and helping ensure tasks are completed according to quality and productivity expectations.

This position serves as a working lead within the team, helping communicate priorities from supervisors, assisting with training of new or seasonal employees, and supporting smooth workflow execution. The Field Worker III / Crew Lead is expected to lead by example, demonstrate strong knowledge of operational tasks, and promote a positive and safe working environment aligned with Driscoll’s values.
