Main Mission of Job

TAVR（経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術）製品の営業およびクリニカルサポート業務を担当します。医療従事者への技術支援を行いながら、TAVR製品の導入促進や市場拡大に貢献する重要なポジションです。

本ポジションでは、医療施設との信頼関係を構築し、営業活動を通じて当社製品の普及を推進するとともに、実際の施術現場での技術支援やトレーニングを提供し、安全かつ効果的な治療の実現をサポートします。

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

1. 営業活動（新規導入・拡販）

• TAVR製品の新規導入施設の開拓および市場拡大
• 医療機関（心臓血管外科、循環器内科、カテーテル室等）への営業活動
• 既存顧客との関係強化および追加導入の提案
• 医師・医療従事者のニーズを把握し、最適な製品ソリューションを提案
• 競合情報の収集および市場動向の分析
   

2. 臨床サポートおよびオペレーション支援

• TAVR施術時のリアルタイムな技術支援およびトラブルシューティング
• 製品の適切な使用方法に関するアドバイス・トレーニングの提供
• 症例計画のサポートおよび医師へのフィードバック
• 製品の安全性・有効性を確保するための使用環境の確認
   

3. トレーニングおよび教育活動

• 医師、看護師、臨床工学技士向けのTAVR関連製品のトレーニング実施
• ワークショップ、セミナー、ハンズオンセッションの企画・運営
• 最新の臨床情報、ガイドライン、技術に関する情報提供
   

4. 社内外の連携・プロジェクト参加

• 営業チームと連携し、製品導入およびマーケット拡大を推進
• マーケティング・開発部門と協力し、製品の改良や新規プロモーション戦略を策定
• 規制・コンプライアンスを遵守しながら業務を遂行

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 医療機器営業
• 出張対応可能な方（全国対応の可能性あり）
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

Skills/Knowledge

• 医療従事者との信頼関係を構築し、ニーズを引き出す営業スキル

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Nice to Haves

Job Experience

• 医療機器クリニカルサポートの経験（特にカテーテル関連領域）
• 臨床環境（手術室、カテーテル室）での業務経験
• 医療機器のトレーニングや教育経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 心血管疾患の知識や関連資格（臨床工学技士、看護師、臨床検査技師など）
• TAVR、構造的心疾患、インターベンション領域での経験
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）
