Summary of Job Duties:

This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Department of
Pediatrics Cardiology section. The position will report to the Pediatric Cardiology Office Manager
and provide assistance in planning, event coordination, purchasing, scheduling, and more.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree PLUS two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support OR Associates Degree PLUS four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support  OR High School Diploma/GED PLUS six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support 


Additional Information:

Responsibilities

  • Provides academic and administrative support to faculty and APRNs within the section.

  • Serves as the primary contact for patient-related calls and inquiries; appropriately routes messages and ensures timely follow-up.

  • Coordinates general office operations, scheduling, and workflow processes to maintain efficient daily operations.

  • Assists the Office Manager with special projects, reporting, and administrative initiatives.

  • Collaborates with faculty, APRNs, and support staff to ensure continuity of operations and effective communication.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
