Job Summary:

In this position, you will lead administrative efforts that drive project efficiency and organization. You will coordinate schedules, track project milestones, manage documentation, and support communication across teams. Through your proactive planning, you will ensure resources are allocated effectively and that projects remain on schedule and within scope. Your attention to detail and strategic oversight will enhance project workflows, enabling team members to focus on delivering results and achieving project objectives with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Assesses project scope and objectives, providing strategic input on project direction and outcomes.
• Assists in the management of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability.
• Conducts more complex analyses and evaluations to support project objectives and improve efficiency.
• Develops more complex project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet specific project goals.
• Implements processes to enhance project effectiveness, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Confers with stakeholders to provide insights, gather feedback, and facilitate project alignment across teams.
• Integrates knowledge from various disciplines to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
• Coaches team members or junior staff, providing guidance to support their development within the project.
• Directs individuals to complete project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Experience in Asana (we just started using the tool this Fall)
• Strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills in managing all aspects of a creative project.
• Ability to own the daily workload prioritization of creative and copy teams.
• Ability to monitor and proactively report on progress to all project stakeholders.
  
  Minimum Requirements:
   

• 5-7 years relevant work experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree Required
