This is a fully virtual work from home position for candidates who reside within a 50-miles radius to our Indianapolis office located at 8910 Purdue Rd, Suite 220, Indianapolis, IN. Candidates who reside outside of this area will not be considered.  Successful candidates must be able to report physically to our location in Indianapolis for new hire paperwork on day one and must be able to meet our work at home requirements (see below). 

How You'll Shine:

  • Our Travel Guides will initiate outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and chat/email and SMS communication to or from RCI members representing multiple memberships.
  • We assist members in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services.
  • This is an hourly position, $16.50 an hour, plus the ability to earn performance-based incentives.
  • Additional earning opportunities include monthly contests, shift differentials, and recognition programs.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must.
  • 6 weeks comprehensive training program
    • Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST during weeks 1 – 4
    • Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm EST during weeks 5 & 6
  • After training your schedule with transition to 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm EST throughout the week and a Saturday work schedule of 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST Sunday off and one day off during the week. Please note: Every other week you will enjoy a 3-day weekend!

What is required for me to work from home?

  • Quiet workplace free of noise and distractions
  • Dedicated high speed internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or Cable only – no satellite or cellular 5g). Computer must be hard wired into the modem/router with an ethernet cable with download speed of at least 15mbps, upload speed of at least 1.75mbps, pings below 100ms.
