Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of senior marketing managers, fostering growth in marketing expertise and business acumen.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing products, focusing on positioning, messaging, naming, and communications planning.
Create compelling marketing materials including sales literature, digital tools, email campaigns, videos, interactive content, and social media assets.
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns using audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including Legal, Compliance, Sales, Program Management, and Business Intelligence to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing programs, tools, and processes for optimal performance.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advisor/client needs to inform marketing decisions.
Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing.
Series 6 and 26 licenses required, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
Prior leadership experience including managing multiple direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging communications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and planning capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
Exceptional attention to detail.
