Maintenance Mechanic

Salary Range:  $22 - $30/hour

Schedule:        Full-time, Onsite Tuesday – Friday 5:00 am – 3:30pm

(4 day workweek = *Mondays off

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on production equipment.

• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with guidance from experienced techs.

• Basic mechanical abilities and aptitude

• Maintain tools and work area in an organized and safe manner

• Support production by responding to equipment needs quickly and effectively.

Experience and Skill Required

• High school diploma or GED.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and willing to learn new skills.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• 40-50 work hours a week depending on production demands.

• Overtime may be required as needed to meet production demands, including working Saturdays.

• Must be able to traverse the production facility.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time with assistance.
