Service Advisor
The Service Advisor’s role is an essential part in the operation of Revel’s service team.
The Service Advisor, with the help of our Service Technicians, keeps our fleet of electric and gas vehicles in top condition for our drivers and passengers. Our Service Advisors are the point of contact between our Fleet Team who manage a fleet of over 500+ vehicles and our repair shop.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to determine which repairs are necessary, submitting and quality checking work orders to technicians, ordering needed parts and test driving vehicles after repairs are completed. Driving is also a key component of this role. As such, our advisors and technicians must keep a clean driving record, and be conscientious, defensive drivers.
