The Airport business unit has over 25 years of experience investing in and managing some of the world's most complex airports, including London Heathrow Airport. Today, our diverse portfolio includes Dalaman International Airport in Türkiye, and the lead investor and industrial partner in the consortium appointed to design, construct, and operate the New Terminal One at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport in the United States. We also participate in FMM, providing facility management services, notably under a main contract with Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. We are currently in the process is expanding the global airport investment portfolio and anticipate new additions to come soon.
Why Ferrovial?
Your mission will be to give support in the development of financial models linked to the proposal presented in both bidding and divestment processes, as well as to give support in the performance of economic-financial analysis of those projects and assets in portfolio.
Tasks:
Analysis of the evolution of economic, operational and financial variables of investments.
Support in the development and updating of the financial model of Ferrovial Airports (P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet).
Review of financial models and ensure compliance with Ferrovial’s procedures.
Support in the valuation reporting of the group’s different assets, both for internal and third parties when applicable.
Preparation of specific “ad-hoc” studies relevant to the decision-making by the Senior management.
Collaborate on the economic-financial analysis of investment and divestment projects within the division.
Support in the development and updating of financial models for the valuation of existing and future assets.
Assist the department in preparing financial reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (with further training in finance).
Valuable previous experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, project finance, corporate or investment banking.
Postgraduate degree in Finance is desirable.
Proficiency in both English & Spanish is essential.
Skills:
Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
Flexibility and ability to react under pressure.
Ability to work in a team.
Advanced Excel.
Solid knowledge of financial concepts.
