Job Description

Role: Develops and ensures state of the art technology implementation and product performance alignment with architectural guidelines.

Main responsibilities:
•    Develops and document the Stories of the Sprint with other team members 
•    Create automated tests (unit, API, integration, function) in a continuous integration environment 
•    Lead for team and other discussions of technical solutions and product ideas in design reviews, pair programming, and code review   
•    Always be in touch with the Solution Architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution 
•    Help team to master and grow technical skills 
•    Provides guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design 
•    Pilot the diagnostic and the resolution of complex issues 
•    Ensures technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones 
•    Verify that the level of quality of the solution is in conformance with the quality objectives 
•    Technical Facilitator regarding all team members.

Skills
•    Strong Java language skills (5+ years)
•    Spring/Spring Boot framework familiarity (5+ years)
•    Good knowledge of Microservices concepts and patterns
•    Good knowledge of REST API concepts and ApiGee
•    Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (or sililar solution) 
•    Good knowledge of unit testing/integration testing
•    Messaging and event-based systems (Solace or RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ or Kafka)
•    Knowledge of relational (Postgres) and non-relational (Redis) database
•    Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills 
•    Significant experience with Angular 4+ framework and TypeScript (2+ years)
•    Familiarity with SCSS, Angular CLI, webpack
•    Expertise in front-end automated testing concepts and frameworks
•    Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization 
•    Leadership

-    Good knowledge of industry perspective  
•    Analytics skills  
-     Interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements  
-    Methodological competence, e.g., agile software and test-driven development 
•    Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant engineering  
•    Strong drive and motivation 
•    GCP certification is a plus
•    Fluent in English (verbal and written) 
•    French are highly appreciated
