As a Specialist in Sales Account Management reporting to the Senior Direct of Sales, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and enabling business expansion across your portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet individual and team quotas while supporting company business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level stakeholders at key accounts.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies that drive new client acquisition and expand business with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and connect them with Nasdaq's solutions and services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business units to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate matrixed organizations.

This position will be located in New York City, New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $154,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
