This role ensures customer and brand data is structured, integrated, and activation-ready across marketing platforms to support lifecycle marketing, personalization, and growth initiatives grounded in how customers actually behave and make decisions.
This position serves as a key connector between business needs and execution, partnering closely with Marketing Technology, CRM, Analytics, and IT teams to translate prioritized data use cases into scalable, executable solutions. A strong understanding of digital psychology and marketing principles is essential, as this role helps shape how data is used to influence customer behavior, improve engagement, and drive meaningful outcomes across channels.
In addition to execution leadership, the Manager provides hands-on guidance to Senior Analysts, helping build data solutions that support segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies informed by customer intent, motivation, and behavioral signals—not just static attributes or reporting needs.
Success in this role requires the ability to blend marketing acumen, data fluency, and technical collaboration, ensuring data initiatives are designed with both human behavior and platform execution in mind.
