Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, overseeing the progress of application development, and addressing any challenges that arise during the lifecycle. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team through complex technical landscapes, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines, and facilitating smooth collaboration across different functions to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and configuration processes.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation within project governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and manage expectations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
