This position reports to:
Continuous Improvement Manager__
We are now looking for a new Customer Quality Manager to join our team at ABB Oy, Smart Power in Vaasa. As a Customer Quality Manager you will have a central role in shaping the organization’s quality strategy and its execution. Your main focus will be on leading and developing a team of professionals responsible for customer complaint handling, to ensure that supplied products meet quality requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and conducting customer audits, acting as the main quality interface towards customers, and ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards. In this position, you play a key role in the quality processes of the world’s leading automated low-voltage switch factory.
