SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE is looking for a Direct Business Agent, based in our UTRECHT office.

Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role, you will work independently and be responsible for liaising with your clients and the acceptance department. You excel at aligning customer interests with expected outcomes. You blend current digital support with personalized phone service. From the moment a customer approaches Santander, they become part of your personal portfolio. After the sale, you ensure careful and tidy handling of the administration.

The team you'll be joining consists of 25 professionals, each accountable for achieving their personal targets and team results. Personal development is highly valued. Therefore, you'll have monthly discussions with your manager, receiving coaching on sales techniques, customer experience, and career advancement.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Building sustainable, profitable relationships through telephone contact with individuals.
  • Responsible for achieving your monthly revenue and profitability targets.
  • Meticulously handling the administrative tasks associated with responsibly providing credit.
  • Ensuring that your stakeholders within the team and other departments provide maximum support in achieving results.

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant (sales) work experience.

EDUCATION

- You have at least a vocational level of education (MBO+) in terms of work and thinking.
