The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture Operations helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses.  You will be responsible for the quality assurance of Content Moderation whose role includes analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. What are we looking for? •You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met. The Reporting team works on daily reports required by senior leadership and help deliver the requirements in a timely and accurate manner with business insights. You will also have to have the ability to transform them to visualized tools and databases so that more insights can be driven for leadership teams. In Reporting and Analytics, you will have to prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and adhoc. This includes focusing on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors. •Data Reporting Data Visualization Google Data Studio Microsoft Power BI Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to meet deadlines Ability to perform under pressure Ability to work well in a team Adaptable and flexible Support Global collation in a timely manner Drive analytics basis data being collated Experienced enough to check for accuracy and also be able to validate through systemic checks from time to time They need to create automated reports and share trends, flag anomalies and present data to leadership as and when required Create dashboard for internal and client views across vendors (Need based) To be based out of Hyderabad however preparing and reporting for Global accounts
