Project Coordinator - Graduate Medical Education

The Project Coordinator works to ensure activities for various projects are on schedule for the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. Coordinates calendars, activities and priorities to ensure proper implementation of schedules (e.g., schedule agendas, facilities, personnel, supplies and other required support services as required). Develops reports for departmental leaders to ensure compliance with daily operations. Coordinates creation of presentations for report-outs, preparing written narratives as needed.

This is a full time position working at our Cornell Hospital and Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills –possess verbal and written skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office

$60,500-$88,000/Annual
