Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.


The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWPAIS: MV primary Switchgear} in {Xiamen China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

·       Handling the project primary design and management related

·       Training the new engineers

·       Responsible for the project manager Job (assign separately)

·       Optimization the primary solution

·       Define and optimizing the design guide

·       Provide the technical support

·       Complete the standardization work of commonly used DTO schemes.

Qualifications for the role

·       Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or relevant discipline;

·       At least 3 years’ experience in  mechanical  design.

·       Good experiences in primary design in power product area.

·       Good English listening, speaking and writing skill;

·       Good in office software, e.g., Solidworks Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
