Sales Support Analyst

Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing projects to improve sales processes and CRM enhancements, generating comprehensive reports, and providing support to the sales team. The role resolves order management issues in compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. The role guides junior team members while continuously evaluating and implementing sales support tools and technology for increased productivity.

Responsibilities
• Undertakes projects aimed at improving sales processes, implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system enhancements, or supporting sales-related initiatives.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation of sales-related activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
• Generates comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
• Provides support to the sales team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order processing.
• Ensures timely resolution of open order (backlog) reports, coordinating with team members and other internal teams as necessary.
• Utilizes specialized knowledge to resolve complex order management issues and support critical projects across product lines.
• Oversees the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring it is effectively utilized to track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepares and communicates issue resolutions for external customers and collaborates with external-facing representatives as needed.
• Evaluates and implements sales support tools and technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Ensures that sales processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in customer support, sales operations, sales support, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
