About the Role:

As a Flex Specialist for Falcon Flex at CrowdStrike, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by delivering tailored, high-impact proposals that address our clients’ unique cybersecurity needs. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales collaboration, and customer-facing skills to craft and present solutions that highlight the value of CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform. You will work closely with our sales team and technical experts, ensuring that our proposals not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving growth in a dynamic market, helping to expand our footprint and deliver exceptional value to our clients. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision and strategic direction for CrowdStrike’s new consumption-based product. Align the product roadmap with market opportunities, customer needs and company objectives. 

  • Consumption Model Innovation: Design and implement innovative consumption-based pricing models that offer flexibility and value to customers while driving revenue growth for CrowdStrike.

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, collaborating with sales, marketing, and the customer success teams. Drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Customer-Facing Proposal Delivery: Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and deliver customized proposals that demonstrate how CrowdStrike’s solutions can address their specific needs. 

  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales executives and system engineers to develop and refine proposals, ensuring they align with customer objectives and effectively showcase the strengths of the Falcon platform. 

  • Deal Management: Manage the entire deal process from proposal to close, ensuring all customer requirements are met and that the proposed solutions align with CrowdStrike’s standards of excellence.

  • Solution Design and Customization: Partner with internal technical teams to design and customize solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring that our offerings are both innovative and effective. 

  • Market Growth: Contribute to the growth of CrowdStrike’s market presence by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and helping to drive new business through impactful proposals. 

  • Proposal Presentation and Negotiation: Lead the presentation of proposals to customers, skillfully address questions, handling objections, and negotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Customer Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the proposal process, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to implementation. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions and proposal outcomes, contributing to the ongoing refinement of our solutions and processes. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.

  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.

  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.

  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.

  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, up to 50% of the time.

  • Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.

  • 10+ years of solution selling experience with significant experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises.

  • A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
