Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them to enhance application performance and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. - Analyze requirements and design solutions to enhance application performance and functionality. - Implement and configure applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration and its various components. - Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP systems, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and system landscape optimization. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS Administration. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. -Should support in the US timings (Afternoon and Night India time)
