Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement – Connectivity role is responsible for end-to-end development of sales communications materials – to include awareness articles, huddles, job aids, and other tactics – to drive product fluency across the organization for all residential sales channels. This highly collaborative role will partner closely with product experts, project managers, HQ, divisional and sales channel stakeholders to drive awareness of Connectivity-focused initiatives (Xfinity Internet, Internet Essentials, NOW Internet, home security and automation, etc.). The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and accustomed to influencing decision-makers across highly matrixed organizations and has demonstrated experience developing training materials or sales communications tactics. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a residential sales channel and/or experience working in divisional or regional sales enablement roles.Job Description

National Pay Range: $90,370.87 USD-$211,806.72 USDComcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
