Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Strategy & Governance

  • Strategy:
    • Support in the construction of the 2027 Digital Roadmap  and Project ID cards/pitches (June – July).
    • Conduct Digital Watch & Benchmarking — research on digital trends in SEAA and competitive benchmarking.
  • Governance:
    • Support in the preparation of committees (e.g., monthly Division x DS meetings, DS ELC meetings), in sharing outcomes and following up between meetings.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Consolidate and contribute to the team newsletter.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Document internal processes and best practices (e.g., DS SEAA Teams shared documentation channel).

Client Data Activation

  • Help maintain the Jira board with pipeline and backlog tracking — a great opportunity to discover all aspects of Client Data Activation.
  • Depending on seniority level, take on a research and discovery project on cross-divisional client segment.

Key Learning Outcomes

  • Develop a holistic understanding of what Digital is in SEAA.
  • Gain hands-on experience in both strategic and operational aspects of Digital, building a dual skillset across planning/strategy and execution.
  • Build skills in governance processes, committee preparation, and cross-team communication.
  • Start developing project management skills, including rigor, structured thinking, and synthesizing information for clear communication.
