Conduct Digital Watch & Benchmarking — research on digital trends in SEAA and competitive benchmarking.
Governance:
Support in the preparation of committees (e.g., monthly Division x DS meetings, DS ELC meetings), in sharing outcomes and following up between meetings.
Internal Communication:
Consolidate and contribute to the team newsletter.
Knowledge Management:
Document internal processes and best practices (e.g., DS SEAA Teams shared documentation channel).
Client Data Activation
Help maintain the Jira board with pipeline and backlog tracking — a great opportunity to discover all aspects of Client Data Activation.
Depending on seniority level, take on a research and discovery project on cross-divisional client segment.
Key Learning Outcomes
Develop a holistic understanding of what Digital is in SEAA.
Gain hands-on experience in both strategic and operational aspects of Digital, building a dual skillset across planning/strategy and execution.
Build skills in governance processes, committee preparation, and cross-team communication.
Start developing project management skills, including rigor, structured thinking, and synthesizing information for clear communication.
