Coach Beyond is a sport-based positive youth development and mental health initiative designed to build the capacity of coaches, athletic leaders, schools, and communities to promote positive youth development (PYD), mental health, leadership, and supportive sport climates for student-athletes.
This position will support multi-year grant-funded projects involving the design, development, implementation, scaling, and evaluation of in-person, virtual, and asynchronous coach trainings and student-athlete leadership programming. The Program Manager will coordinate implementation efforts across school districts, athletic departments, state and national partners, and community organizations while supporting broader systems-change initiatives related to coaching standards, certification, and youth sport best practices.

Responsibilities may include coordinating statewide conferences, webinars, fundraising events, training convenings, travel and lodging arrangements, registration systems, vendor coordination, facilities planning, and communication efforts.
