The Position

您负责制定患者整体解决方案相关的策略和相关项目执行工作，包含但不限于疾病教育、创新支付解决方案、准入及安全运营以及上市前后产品的学术平台搭建，从而提升标准化诊疗水平，提高患者知晓率和可及性，从而实现患者获益。

您的机会:

• 构建全国性，跨省，市级等学术平台，与医生组织合作开展学术活动，传递前沿医学和科学进展；提供系统化解决方案方便医生获得前沿医学信息，提高医生的规范化治疗的观念和行为；
• 支持第三方疾病认知教育项目，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，开展患者教育，加深患者疾病认知，提升患者获益；
• 整合罗氏相关支付方案，提升团队/客户/患者对支付方案的全景视角；
• 承接CMA整体策略，在生态群更广泛目标医院与院方管理层和关键行政科室领导开展医疗政策的倡导和共识，推进专科联盟建设，医共体/医联体建设，提高医院管理规范；
• 建立和管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目，推进各项目落地实施。

我们期待这样的您加入：

•5年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先

•有跨职能、或者治疗领域经验优先

• 拥有成长性思维和快速学习能力

• 拥有优秀的沟和资源整合能力
