The Chief of Staff/Technical Assistant directly supports the Senior Vice president and General Manager of the Client Computing Group (CCG).
This position will provide counsel, assistance and coordination to drive business decision-making and to drive successful execution of strategic business objectives. Develops strong relationships within the CCG organization and partner organizations, and internal/external stakeholders. The COS/TA will manage all staff activities, staff meetings, etc., create collaterals for internal and external purposes, drive special projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
Other job duties may include:
• Drive day to day schedule and execution operation.
• Develop strong lateral connections with business groups.
• Responsible for creating and defining the business processes within a specific group or function.
• Integrate standard operations functions like HR, Finance, Legal, and IT
• Work with external teams and customers on planning, reviews, and driving stakeholder forums.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Good understanding of Intel's highly complex products, technologies and core business strategies including Strong knowledge of BUs, Engineering, HW/SW, and SMG.
• Strong networking, leadership, resourceful, trustworthy with sensitive information.
• A combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.
• The skills to coach senior leaders and staff for Intel's best interests.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 10+ years product groups, communications, finance or the tech industry.
• A high performer with a track record of significant accomplishments for Intel.
• Experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution within finance.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $198,050.00-279,600.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
