The Opportunity:
The Program Finance Manager role will lead a very large enterprise program supporting the Airforce. Annual revenue is expected to be ~$200M and will likely increase as the program defines customer requirements. Supervise a team of PFAs and serve as the strategic business partner to both the PM and the task leads.
Responsible for financial analysis, which includes long-term financial planning, management reporting and financial trends. Responsible for the fiscal year planning process and consolidation, management, and training of the finance team, forecasting and evaluating financial plans, rate impact analysis, preparation and review of EACs, and management reporting.
Duties include creating and tracking annual fiscal plans, Long Range Plan, business cases, reviewing monthly rolling forecast and providing timely updates for associated R&O. Serve as SME for finance team and partner with the line organization to support smooth operations including regular interface with accounting, purchasing, contracts and various corporate staff as needed.
Maintain contract EAC, prepare contract-billing, and monitor unbilled, DSO and receivables.
Comply with financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques, as directed, to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
Conduct financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).
