Giftcloud is looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in the success of the Giftcloud product. As Product Manager for Giftcloud you will be primarily responsible for delivering projects from initial scoping through to business readiness and post go live analysis. Working closely with sales, operations, technical teams and directly with clients, you will identify opportunities to improve the Giftcloud product, aid the prioritisation of new features and ensure these new features are delivered smoothly on time.

Duties include:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the Giftcloud product for our clients and our clients’ customers, as well as internal users of the platform.

  • Work closely with the Client Services Manager and Account team to understand the client’s long and short term objectives, identifying product opportunities to increase revenue and performance and help create persuasive proposals to present to clients

  • Work closely with the Operations Team to help identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to workflow to create efficiencies.

  • Manage the technical roadmap and prioritising work in line with business priorities and client needs.

  • Create and develop project plans for key areas and ensure these are delivered within timescales

  • Create BRD’s and TOR's to ensure wider business sign off can be gathered where necessary

  • Understand trends across the industry and undertake analysis to identify improvements and potential new revenue streams for the business.

  • Attend the daily scrum meetings

  • Host and attend sprint planning, refinement and retrospective meetings

  • Write user stories, bugs and tasks

  • Interfacing with clients to understand the scope of their desired project.

Key Competencies and Experience:

  • Experience of managing projects from concept to delivery and beyond

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) with both internal teams and external clients

  • Solid understanding and experience of agile and scrum techniques

  • Proficient in eliciting and analysing requirements using a range of techniques (interviews, modelling, competitor analysis etc)

  • Able to clearly present requirements solutions to various parties using a range of techniques (flow charts, wireframes, mockups etc)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • A great team player

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
