Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams as part of a delivery squad to enhance our platform, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

• Break down complex challenges into straightforward solutions, ensuring all requirements and dependencies are clearly understood among stakeholders.

• Participate in all stages of the solution lifecycle, including ideation, design, and implementation, with a focus on delivering effective web solutions.

• Engage with global product teams and in-market business and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

• Analyze business requirements to design quality technical solutions that meet user needs while adhering to global standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams to drive success.

• Uphold our company’s cybersecurity standards and follow Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management methodologies, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in IT, digital, or a related field, ideally 3 to 5 years.

• Experience with WordPress (including multisite, Gutenberg, themes, plugins, etc.) is a valuable asset, or experience with other platforms or CMS systems may be considered

• Familiarity with WordPress development technologies and tools such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, git, wp-cli, composer, etc. (hands-on development experience is a plus).

• Strong understanding of web standards, including web accessibility standards (WCAG), and a commitment to delivering quality user experiences.

• Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and agile workflows.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle challenges creatively and effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach to team collaboration.

• Open-minded and technically creative, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities.
